4-SPECIFICATIONS

4.1Power Requirements 115V, 60 Hz, 2.8 Amp

5.2bar gauge pressure [75 PSIG], 28 litre/min @ 21°C, 1.01 bar [1.0 SCFM] at random cycle rate.

4.2Operating Rate:

Belt speed is 0.37m/s [72 F.P.M.]

Actual production rate is dependent on operator's dexterity. Boxes must be 18 inches (457mm) apart minimum.

4.3Operating Conditions

Use in dry, relatively clean environments at 4.4 C to 48.9o C [40o F to 120o F] with clean, dry boxes.

Note: Machine should not be washed or subjected to conditions causing moisture condensation on components.

Do not operate this equipment in potentially flammable or explosive environments.

4.4Box Board

125 to 275 P.S.I. bursting test, single wall B, or C flute.
