Model 2800HT has been tested to UL Standards UL1482, ULC-5627 for installation into residential appli- cations. The listing laboratory is OMNI Test Laborato- ries Inc, Beaverton, Oregon, Report #030-5-06-2.

EPA CERTIFICATION

This fireplace insert has been tested to rigorous emis- sions standard, and has been certified by the Environ- mental Protection Agency.

PACKAGING LIST

This appliance is packaged with an accessory package, which contains the following:

One - Installation and operation instructions man- ual.

One - Warranty

One - Marble set (for stove top and ash lip).

One - Insulation pad and strips. Place pad under top marble and strips under ash lip marble.
