INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN

 

 

ENCENDIDO

Dentro del puerta izquierda del gabinete se encuentran las instrucciones resumidas de encendido.

PELIGRO

El no abrir la tapa mientras se esté encendiendo el quemador de la barbacoa, o no esperar 5 minutos para que el gas se disipe si la barbacoa no se enciende, puede resultar en

una llamarada explosiva, la cual puede causar lesiones corporales serias o la muerte.

ENCENDIDO RÁPIDO DEL QUEMADOR PRINCIPAL

Nota: Cada perilla de control de encendido rápido crea una chispa que va del electrodo de encendido al tubo quemador de encendido. Al presionar la perilla de control y girarla a “START/HI” (encendido/fuego alto), usted genera la energía para la chispa. Esto encenderá cada quemador individual.

ADVERTENCIA: Inspeccione la manguera previo a cada uso de la barbacoa y asegúrese de que no tenga muescas, grietas, abrasiones o cortes. Si se encontrase que la manguera estuviese dañada de cualquier manera, no utilice la barbacoa. Reemplácela solamente con una manguera de repuesto autorizada por Weber®. 1)Abra la tapa.

2)Asegúrese de que todas las perillas de control de los quemadores estén cerradas. (Presione la perilla de control y gírela en dirección de las agujas del reloj para asegurarse de que esté en la posición “OFF” (apagadas).

ADVERTENCIA: Las perillas de control de los quemadores deberán estar en la posición “OFF” antes de abrir la válvula del tanque de propano licuado. Si no lo estuviesen, cuando abra la válvula del tanque de propano licuado se activará el control de exceso de flujo y limitará el flujo de gas desde el tanque de propano licuado. Si esto llegase a ocurrir, cierre la válvula del tanque de propano y las perillas de control de los quemadores y empiece de nuevo. Luego comience de nuevo.

*La barbacoa ilustrada puede tener ligeras diferencias con respecto al modelo comprado.

PARA APAGAR

Presione y gire la perilla de control de cada quemador en dirección de las agujas del reloj a la posición “OFF”. Cierre el suministro de gas en la fuente del mismo.

PELIGRO

Cuando se activa el control de exceso de flujo, una pequeña cantidad de gas sigue fluyendo a los quemadores. Después de cerrar la válvula del tanque y las perillas de control de los quemadores, espere por lo menos 5 minutos para que el gas se disipe antes de tratar de encender la barbacoa. El no hacer esto podría resultar en una llamarada explosiva que pudiera causar lesiones corporales serias o la muerte.

3)Abra el suministro de gas del cilindro girando la válvula del cilindro en dirección contraria a las agujas del reloj.

ADVERTENCIA: No se incline sobre la barbacoa abierta.

4)Presione la perilla de control y gírela hacia “START/HI” (encendido/fuego alto) hasta que oiga el chasquido del encendedor - mantenga a la perilla de control en dicha posición durante dos segundos. Esta acción hará que el encendedor genere una chispa y encienda el tubo piloto y luego el quemador principal.

5)Verifique que el quemador esté encendido viendo a través de las parrillas de cocción . Deberá ver una llama. Si el encendedor no se encendiese al primer intento, presione la perilla de control y gírela a la posición “OFF” y repita el procedimiento una segunda vez.

ADVERTENCIA: Si el quemador no se enciende, gire la perilla del control del quemador a la posición OFF (apagado) y espere 5 minutos para permitir que el gas se disipe antes de tratar de nuevo o de tratar de encenderlo con un cerillo.
