Cheesy Breakfast Sandwich
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
4 English muffins
4 slices Canadian bacon
8 ounces medium cheddar cheese Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
METHOD
1Preheat griddle side to 350 F for 5 minutes.
2Place 2oz of cheese in a food tray and place under griddle (repeat times 4)
3Place English muffins on griddle to brown.
4Place Canadian bacon on griddle to brown.
5Cook eggs to desired liking.
6When eggs are done, place bacon on English muffin and egg on top of bacon.
7When plated, carefully remove cheese and pour over egg.
TIPS
Cheese may need a few extra minutes to get to desired consistency.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened) 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1egg
1cup semi sweet chocolate chips
METHOD
1Preheat grill to 400F for 15 minutes.
2Preheat 4 food trays for 5 minutes.
3In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and then add each ingredient in the order listed, being sure to stir after each addition. Place
