Cornbread
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup
2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt 2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1egg
1cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen) 1/3 cup vegetable oil
METHOD
1Preheat grill to 400F for 15 minutes.
2Preheat food trays for 5 minutes.
3Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl in order listed until smooth.
4Place 1/4 cup of batter into each food tray.
5Place under grill, and set timer for 15 minutes.
6Corn bread is done when puffed up and light golden brown on top

Easy Cup Custard
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup whole milk 1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 egg
Pinch of kosher salt
METHOD
1Preheat grill to 400F for 15 minutes.
2Preheat food trays for 5 minutes.
3Whisk all ingredients together in mixing bowl until smooth.
4Divide mixture between 4 hot food trays.
5Place under grill and set timer for 12 minutes.
6To test for doneness, tap the side of the food tray with a pot holder. If you notice ripples or waves, cook for an additional 3 - 5 minutes.
7Remove and serve warm or cold
