Step 10

Attach the air shutter to the inside of grill body by aligning the air shutter and grill body holes, secure by using two

M5 x 10mm bolts and M5 self-locking nuts. Repeat for opposite side of grill body. (M5 self-locking nuts can be tightened by using the hex nut wrench provided)

Attach the air shutter handle by sliding the handle over the air shutter arm until you hear a click. Repeat for opposite side of grill body.

Step 11

Insert door handle through hole in door with handle pointing down. Place door locking plate over door handle pointing up and secure with a M10 nut, M10 washer and M10 spring washer.

Step 12

Attach grill door using two M5 x 10mm bolts and M5 self-locking nuts. (M5 self- locking nuts can be tightened by using the hex nut wrench provided)

Step 13

Attach the charcoal grate assembly using four M6 x 15mm bolts to the inside front panel of grill body.
