HOW THIS BLOOD PRESSURE

NAME/FUNCTION OF EACH PART

MONITOR WORKS

This monitor uses advanced Smart Inflate™ Technology to detect your blood pressure. With one touch of a button, the device will automatically start to inflate and determine your blood pressures by analysis of your pressure oscillations. When the measurement is completed, the device will deflate the cuff and display your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse readings. Measurement time is significantly shortened, and user comfort is greatly enhanced.

Based upon your measurement results, the monitor's WHO Health Indicator will alert you if your reading falls into the pre-hypertension, stage 1 hypertension, or stage 2 hypertension categories as classified by the World Health Organization. See page 21 for more information on the WHO Health Indicator.
