Pronto®Air Personal Transporter w/ MyBody™ Seating

qClean upholstery and armrests.

qClean dirt and lint from axles.

qClean dirt and lint from bearings.

qCheck that all labels are present and legible. Replace if necessary.

qEnsure upholstery does not have any rips or tears.

qInspect seat positioning strap for any signs of wear. Ensure buckle latches. Verify hardware that attaches strap to frame is secure and undamaged. Replace if necessary.

qEnsure personal transporter rolls straight (no excessive drag or pull to one side).

qEnsure that there is no excessive side movement or binding when drive wheels are lifted and spun when disengaged (free-wheeling).

qEnsure drive wheel mounting hardware is properly secure.

qInspect tires for flat spots and wear.

qEnsure that the casters are free of debris.

qEnsure wheels/casters have proper tension when wheels/casters are spun (when free-wheeling). Wheels/casters should come to a gradual stop.

qLoosen/tighten caster locknut if wheel wobbles noticeably or binds to a stop.

qEnsure all caster/wheel/fork/headtube fasteners are secure and not damaged/missing.

qCheck that cables are routed and secured properly to ensure that cables do NOT become entangled and damaged during normal operation of seating system.

qEnsure proper operation of powered functions (drive, seating, legrests, ect...).

qInspect electrical components for signs of corrosion. Replace if corroded or damaged.

qInspect battery terminals for loose cable connection. Tighten if necessary.

qInspect all fasteners.
