Rear Suspension

Your power chair is equipped with rear suspension. See figure 9. This suspension system works in conjunction with ATS and is designed to maintain a smooth ride when driving over rough terrain and up and down curbs. This system works by allowing the caster forks to respond to weight transfers and uneven terrain. The rear caster wheels will pivot as you drive over obstacles. This system also enhances performance when the front anti-tip wheels are set lower to the surface.
