Installation of New Pump

Info: The hardware for attaching the Hydrau- lic Pump (GF #1010S005) to the mast and boom comes with the lift frame.

1. Attach the bottom of the new hydraulic pump

to the lower mast bracket with the pressure

knob and pump lever toward the bottom of

the pump, as shown at near right, and the

FRONT” label toward you, as shown at far

right. Use a hex bolt, washers, and hex nut to

secure pump to mast. Use two 9/16" wrenches

to tighten.

2. Attach the top of the hydraulic pump to the

upper boom bracket, as shown at right. Use

a hex bolt, washers, and hex nut to secure

pump to boom. Use two 9/16" wrenches to

tighten.

WARNING: Ensure that the Hydraulic Pump is installed as described. If the Hydraulic Pump is not properly installed, personal injury and damage to the Hydraulic Pump could result.
