When there is an incoming call and one of the two lines is in use, the user hears a call waiting tone and the LED on the available line blinks continuously. A call waiting tone and flashing LED continues until the call is answered or the incoming call is terminated.
To answer the incoming call:
1.Press the HOLD key to put the current party on hold.
2.Press the line key where the new incoming call is ringing.
•If the user presses the line key without first putting the current party on hold, the current call is automatically dropped.
•The instructions for answering a call waiting may not apply to your phone, if you are not using the local hold setting.
