Adjusting the audio settings for the consoles’ microphones
Via the “Micro” menu item, you can adjust the audio settings (automatic gain reduction, bass, middle and treble response) for the consoles’ microphones.
If several participants speak simultaneously, feedback and loud hissing can occur. In order to prevent feedback, you can activate the automatic gain reduction. This function reduces the gain per active microphone by the selected level and thus prevents feedback.
From the central unit’s operating menu, choose “Conference”, “Micro” and “Aut. Gain Red.”.
The current setting for the gain reduction is shown on the display.
Enter the desired gain reduction and press the ENTER key to save your setting.
To change the bass response:
From the central unit’s operating menu, choose “Conference”, “Micro” and “Low” one after the other.
The current setting for the bass response is shown on the display.
Change the value and press the ENTER key to save your setting.
To change the middle response:
From the central unit’s operating menu, choose “Conference”, “Micro” and “Middle” one after the other.
The current setting for the middle response is shown on the display.
Change the value and press the ENTER key to save your setting.
To change the treble response:
From the central unit’s operating menu, choose “Conference”, “Micro” and “Treble” one after the other.
The current setting for the treble response is shown on the display.
Change the value and press the ENTER key to save your setting.
