List of Remote Commands

Use these keys on a touch-tone phone or pocket tone dialer to operate the TAD when you are away from your home or office.

Play memo messages.

 

 

 

Play messages. Within 7 seconds, enter the mailbox number,

 

then enter the 2-digit mailbox security code.

If the mailbox feature is not used, the TAD plays back the

general messages.

•

If the mailbox feature is used but you want to hear the gen-

 

 

 

eral messages, do not enter a mailbox number.

 

• If there are no general messages, memo, or mailbox mes-

 

 

sages, the TAD announces “You have no messages.”

Delete messages.

Re-record an outgoing announcement.

 

 

 

Monitor the room where the TAD is installed. The room is mon-

itored for 15 seconds. Press 5 again for another 15 seconds.

 

You can repeat this for as long as you like.

Skip back to the previous message.

Skip forward to the next message.

Repeat the message.

Record a memo.

Stop playback of incoming messages, memos, or the outgoing

announcement; allow access to mailboxes; end re-recording of

memo and outgoing announcement.
