Caller ID

Receiving Caller ID

1.Make sure your phone is OFF (not in TALK mode).

2.Press the MENU (SKR) to go to the main menu.

3.Use the 5 or 6 buttons to scroll to CALLER ID.

4.Press the SELECT (SKL) to confirm.

5.Press the 5 or 6buttons to review CID.

Delete Caller ID

1.Make sure your phone is OFF (not in TALK mode).

2.Press the MENU (SKR) to access the main menu.

3.Use the 5 or 6 buttons to scroll to CALLER ID.

4.Press the SELECT (SKL) to confirm.

5.Use the 5 or 6 buttons to scroll to desired CID record.

6.Press the OPTION (SKL) to access the option menu.

7.Use the 5 or 6 buttons to select DELETE CID and delete only that record. DELETE ALL CID? shows in the display. Press the Yes (SKL) to confirm the deletion and DELETED shows in the display.

-OR-

Use the 5 or 6 buttons to select DELETE ALL CID.

8.Press the SELECT (SKL). DELETE ALL CID? shows in the display.

9.Press the Yes (SKL) to confirm the deletion. The display shows ALL CALLER ID DELETED.

Storing Caller ID

1.Make sure your phone is OFF (not in TALK mode).

2.Press the 5 or 6 buttons until the desired Caller ID record is displayed.

3.Press the OPTION (SKL) to access the option menu.

4.Use the 5 or 6 buttons to select STORE.

5.Press the SELECT (SKL) to confirm. HANDSET BASE shows in the display.

6.Use the 5 or 6 buttons to select HANDSET or BASE, and press the SELECT (SKL) to confirm record location.
