Parking/activating calls

You can park up to ten calls (i.e. place them on hold) and then reactivate them at other telephones in your com- munication system.

Parking a call

You are on a call you wish to park.

Call the system menu.

Select and confirm the menu item.

Select and confirm the menu item.

Enter and note the parking position number (0... 9).

If the parking position number entered is already in use, you must enter another one.

Picking up a specific parked call

Prerequisite:

One or more calls have been parked. Your handset is in standby status.

Press the Talk key.

Call the system menu.

Select and confirm the menu item.

Select and confirm the menu item.

Enter the parking position number you have noted.

Note:

If a parked call is not picked up, it returns to the station from which it was parked after a certain time (= recall). The following appears on the dis- play "Recalling: (phone no. or name)" or "Recall- ing from (phone no. or name)".
