Connecting to a switchboard

When connecting your Synergy 2150 to a switchboard/PBX, you may need to change the dialling mode from TONE to PULSE.

To change the dialling mode

The dialling mode is set to TONE when the product is supplied.

When connected to some switchboards/PBX’s you may encounter higher than normal speech levels. If this is the case you can alter the network setting from PSTN to PBX which would reduce the levels to normal.
