Check that that the base station is plugged into the mains power and switched on.

Buzzing noise on my radio, TV, computer or hearing aid

Sometimes, your Synergy 2150 can interfere with other electrical equipment if it is placed too close.

It is recommended that you place your Synergy 2150 and other Synergy handsets at least one metre away from such appliances to avoid any risk of interference.

The charger does not appear to be working

Check that:

the power adaptor is properly plugged in to the charger

your handset has slotted correctly into the charger

the battery is correctly fitted into the handset

Are you using the correct power adaptor?

Synergy 2150 base station power supply is Item Code 872073.

Cannot adjust the option in the base station

Is someone else making changes via another handset?
