3.Press or until display shows Outgoing Message and press OK option button.

4.Use or to select either: Answer and Record or Answer Only and press OK option button.

5.Display shows Outgoing Message with options of DEL, NEW and PLAY. Press DEL to immediately delete your own outgoing message and reinstate the default, or NEW to record a new outgoing message, or PLAY to hear the current outgoing message.

During playback the outgoing message may be deleted.

Press DEL option button during message playback. The prompt will announce, “Your outgoing message is”, and the original pre-recorded outgoing message is played.

Via the base:

1.Select the outgoing message you want to delete as described on page 45.

2.Whilst your selected outgoing message is playing,

press Del on the base unit. The message will stop playing, you will hear a short beep and then the default pre- recorded outgoing message.
