Using additional handsets

During your call:

1. Press and hold R . Your external caller will be put on

hold and will hear a tone. Transfer To Handset

displayed.

 

 

2.Enter the handset number that you want to transfer the call to and then press OK. The called handset will ring and the display shows Internal Call Handset X.

At the called handset, the user can press to answer the call. The Lyric users can then talk to each other and the original handset can be cleared down leaving the external caller connected to the second handset.

If the call is not answered within 100 seconds the original handset will ring.

3-Way Call

The caller should be advised that they will be put on hold.

1. Press and hold

2.Enter the internal handset number that you want to hold the 3-way call with, then select OK option.

3.When the internal handset user answers, select Con option to begin the 3-way call.

4.Press to finish the 3-way call.

Where X is the number of the other handset.
