Setting Handset earpiece Speakerphone Volume

1.Press OK/Menu button. PHONEBOOK is displayed.

2.Press DOWN button. HANDSET is displayed.

3.Press OK/Menu button.

4.Use DOWN button to scroll to the option EAR VOL.

5.Press OK/Menu button. The display will show EAR VOL: X (X=earpiece volume level from 1 to 5).

6.Use UP or DOWN button to select your desired level.

7.Press OK/Menu button to confirm and exit to EAR VOL.

8.Press TALK-OFF button to escape to the standby mode.

Alert tones

You can choose to turn on or off of the following tones according to your preferences.

Key beep

*This alert sounds a tone each time a key is pressed.

1)Press OK/Menu button. PHONEBOOK is displayed.

2)Press DOWN button. HANDSET is displayed.

3)Press OK/Menu button. TONES is displayed.

4)Press OK/Menu button again. KEYTONE is displayed.

5)Press OK/Menu button again. ON or OFF is displayed.

6)Use UP or DOWN to select ON or OFF setting.

7)Press OK/Menu button to confirm the setting.

8)Press TALK-OFF button to escape to the standby mode.

Low battery

1)Press OK/Menu button. PHONEBOOK is displayed.

2)Press DOWN button. HANDSET is displayed.

3)Press OK/Menu button. TONES is displayed.

4)Press OK/Menu button again. KEYTONE is displayed.

5)Press DOWN button. LOW BATT is displayed.

6)Press OK/Menu button again. ON or OFF is displayed.

7)Use UP or DOWN to select ON or OFF setting.

8)Press OK/Menu button to confirm the setting.

9)Press TALK-OFF button to escape to the standby mode.

Out of range

1)Press OK/Menu button. PHONEBOOK is displayed.

2)Press DOWN button. HANDSET is displayed.

3)Press OK/Menu button. TONES is displayed.

4)Press OK/Menu button again. KEYTONE is displayed.

5)Use DOWN button to scroll to RANGE option.

6)Press OK/Menu button again. ON or OFF is displayed.

7)Use UP or DOWN to select ON or OFF setting.

8)Press OK/Menu button to confirm the setting.

9)Press TALK-OFF to escape to the standby mode.
