4.PLAY Button: Press to playback Incoming Message(s) (ICM) or Two Way Recording(s).

5.PREV Button: Press to skip to the previous message during playback.

6.STOP Button: Press to stop current activity.

7.ERASE Button: Press to erase message.

8.REMO (Remote) Button: Allows you to access most of the GX2411CI’s functions away from the base unit using the handset. Also press to listen to the caller leave their Incoming Message (ICM) in order to let you decide if you want to answer the call.

9.ANS. OFF Button: Press to deactivate answer function.

10.OGM Button: Press to playback Outgoing Message (OGM).

11.RPT Button: Press to repeat the message being played.

12.HELP Button: Press to access voice help menu.

13.SKIP Button: Press to skip to the next message during playback.

14.ANS. ON Button: Press to activate answer function.

15.TIME / DAY Button: Press to set the day and time stamp.

16.MEMO PLAY Button: Press to playback Memo message(s).

1.9VAC Adapter Jack: A jack located on the rear side of the base unit used for connecting the adapter to the base unit.

2.TEL LINE Jack: Accepts line cord to make connection with modular type telephone outlet.

3.VOLUME Control: Adjusts the base unit speaker volume level.

4.RINGS (TS / 6 / 2) Switch: Selects the number of rings before the GX2411CI automatically answers the call and used to activate the Toll Saver (TS) feature.

5.T / P (Tone / Pulse) Switch: Allows you to select the appropriate dialing service. TONE for tone dialing or PULSE for rotary service.

6.Charge Terminals: Used for charging handset battery.

7.MSG PLAY / STOP Button: Press to playback the Incoming Message(s) (ICM) and
