Guest Service Directory (Speed Dial Memory)

The 2802CID includes an advanced feature where descriptive text can be programmed into memory to identify the guest service.

This descriptive text will display when the speed dial key is pressed by the user. For example, if a guest service key is programmed to access the front desk, “FRONT DESK” will display when the guest service key is pressed.

Guest Service Directory Pre-Sets

The guest service directory includes a library of factory pre-set text word that describe the most commonly used guest services in a typical hotel application. During the speed dial rogramming

procedure, the “Volume

“ toggle key is used

to Scroll” up & down

through the
