OPERATION

Using The Hold Feature

The “Hold” key is used to place a caller on hold while off-hook using the handset or speakerphone. To use, simply press the “Hold” key. The line status indicator above the line that is being placed on hold will turn from green to RED indicating that the line is on hold.

When placing a caller on hold, the handset can be returned to its cradle (on-hook position). The line will not be disconnected. To return to the caller, lift the handset or press the “Speaker” key for hands-free

operation.
