OPERATION

Placing A Call Using The

Speakerphone

Follow the instructions below for placing a call using the speakerphone:

1.Simply press the “Speaker” key to obtain dial tone. Line 1 will automatically be selected. The LED above the “speaker” key will light showing that the speakerphone is activated. Line 1 status indicator lights GREEN.

2.When off-hook, the display will show line and speakerphone status.

3.Dial out by using the numeric dial pad or by pressing a guest service key (speed dial key).

4.To end the call, press the “Speaker” key. The line will automatically hang-up.
