PROGRAMMING

Programming Procedure

Follow the procedure below for programming the memory of the speed dial keys and the guest service directory features. Each speed dialing/guest service key can be programmed

Step:Procedure:

1.Press the “Store” key.

2.Dial the digits of the speed dial code using the numeric dial pad (example: 1 2 3 4 5 6).

3.To program the guest service description, press the “Volume Up/Down” toggle key until the desired text description appears (example: FRONT DESK)

4.Press the desired speed dial location key wherein the memory is to be saved.

If additional numbers/text descriptions are to be programmed, repeat steps 2 thru 4.
