3.A confirmation tone is generated if registration is successful. HANDSET X is displayed where X denotes the number of handsets, and then the phone returns

to idle.

To register an originally unregistered handset, follow steps 1 through 3 above.

3.18.2Registering a wireless headset

The wireless headset is pre-registered to use. The LED of an unregistered headset displays a constant purple light.

To register an additional wireless headset,

1.Press and hold FIND for 4 seconds on the base.

2.Press and hold VOL+/FLASH together with VOL - until the LED on wireless headset toggling between red and blue.

3.Place the unregistered wireless headset on the base.

4.A long beep tone is generated if the registration is successful.

NOTE

If the LED of wireless headset flashes slowly in purple, it means that the headset is registered but the base is not available.

3.19Resetting all settings

1.Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select

RESET SETTINGS.

2.Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select

ALL SETTINGS.

3.Press MENU to select YES. All personalized settings will be reset to default.

NOTE

All of your phonebook entries, calls list, and redial list, will remain unchanged.

3.20Paging/Finding a handset and/or a wireless headset

Press FIND on the base. All handsets and the wireless headset registered to the base will ring or beep.

To stop the paging, press FIND again, or press any key on the handset or the wireless headset, or place the handset on the base.
