1.Dial your telephone number from any touch-tone telephone.

2.When the system answers, enter three- digit remote access code (500 unless you have changed it).

3.Enter remote com- mands (see list at right).

4.Hang up to end the call and save all undeleted messages.

NOTE: If you pause for more than 15 seconds during remote access, you will hear “The

machine will now

hang up,” then the call will end automati- cally.

Answering system operation

Remote access

A three-digit security code is required to access your answering system from any touch-tone telephone. This code is 500 by default, see Changing feature options (page 24) to change it.

Play all messages

Press to listen to all messages.

Play new messages

Press to listen to new messages.

Delete the messages

Press once during playback to delete
