Handset Setting

Key tone on and off

Each time you press a key on your handset, you hear a tone. You can turn this off if needed.

1.Press the MENU button, then press UP/DOWN button to the location HANDSET.

2.Press the PHONEBOOK button. The display shows KEYTONE.

3.Press the PHONEBOOK , then UP/DOWN button. The display shows ON or OFF?

4.Press the PHONEBOOK button to confirm.

Ringer Volume (EXT)

You have a choice of five volume levels (1 to 5).

1.Press the MENU button, then press UP/DOWN button to the location HANDSET.

2.Press the PHONEBOOK button, then press UP/DOWN button to the location EXT VOL.

3.Press the PHONEBOOK button.

The display shows the current volume level.

4.Press UP/DOWN button to change the volume.

5.Press the PHONEBOOK button to confirm the volume level you want.

Ringer Volume (INT)

You have a choice of five volume levels (1 to 5).

1.Press the MENU button, then press UP/DOWN button to the location HANDSET.

2.Press the PHONEBOOK button, then press UP/DOWN button to the location INT VOL.

3.Press the PHONEBOOK button.

The display shows the current volume level.

4.Press UP/DOWN button to change the volume.

5.Press the PHONEBOOK button to confirm the volume level you want.
