Phonebook Operation

Each press of a particular key causes characters to be displayed in the follow- ing order:

Reviewing/Dialing from the Phonebook

Press SEL. With Phonebook in the first line, press SEL again. With the REVIEW in the first

line, press SEL again.

- OR -

With the Handset idle, press and the Hand- set jumps directly into the phonebook review mode. The first phonebook entry will be dis- played.

Scroll through the phonebook entries using or keys or enter first character of the name to be searched (using the digit keys) and con-

tinue navigating using the or as scroll

keys, until you reach the entry to be dialed. NOTE: When reviewing the phonebook, the sec- ond line of the display will show the phone num- ber, up to 16 digits. For numbers longer than 16 digits, only the first 13 digits will be shown. Press

or # to scroll the phone number to see the additional digits.
