Handset Menu

Phonebook

Enter the phonebook directly from idle mode by pressing the up or down Navkeys.

Press MENU/SEL, then using the or NavKeys, scroll to phonebook, then press MENU/SEL. If there are no entries, the screen will display Phonebook is empty. The i 5871 handset can store up to 100 numbers with names in the phonebook direc- tory, along with a distinctive ring and image for each. Each memory location can hold up to 32 digits and up to 16 characters, including spaces.

Each press of a key will cause characters to be displayed as follows:
