My remote dial pad doesn’t work at all.

Make sure the battery is correctly installed with the plug securely connected.

Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the remote dial pad charger, and the charger adapter is plugged into a working electrical power outlet not controlled by a wall switch.

Make sure the remote dial pad is registered to a headset base (AT&T models TL7610/ TL7611/TL7650/TL7651 only).

The remote dial pad does not work with any AT&T DECT 6.0 cordless headset system that is connected to a telephone that is part of a digital business system unless there

is an analog terminal adapter (ATA) on the line. Please contact your IT department, telephone administrator, or your telephone service provider to determine if this remote dial pad is compatible with your telephone system.

Make sure the telephone line cord and other necessary cables are firmly connected to the headset base.

Make sure the remote dial pad is fully charged. For optimal daily performance, return the remote dial pad to its charger when not in use.
