Review directory

To review directory entries

1.Press DIRS when in idle mode to show the first entry in the directory. DIRECTORY EMPTY appears if there are no directory entries.

You can also show the first entry in the directory by pressing MENU/SELECT three times when in idle mode.

2.Press TCID or DIRS to browse through the directory. Entries appear alphabetically by the first letter in the name.

NOTE: If the telephone number in the directory exceeds 15 digits, <* appears in front of the telephone number. Press * to move towards the end of the telephone number or press # to move towards the beginning of the telephone number. You can also press MENU/SELECT to view the number in its entirety. This action puts the telephone number in edit mode. Press OFF/CLEAR to cancel. See page 25 for information on editing a directory.
