Handset Display Messages

PHONE ON is displayed when the phone is in use.

After pressing a volume key. this displays the current volume setting.

This display warns of a low battery

condition. The handset typically operates for at least 5 minutes after the

low battery indication first appears.

This message is displayed when the handset ringer has been programmed

off.

This display wams that the handset has lost communication with the base unit and is attempting to reestablish a link by scanning all channels.

This display confirms that a

communicaton link has been established with the base.
