3.When the last message is played, the prompt announces, ‘End of messages’.

Delete all messages

1.On your handset, press MENU, scroll DOWN to ANSWER MACHINE and press OK.

2.Scroll DOWN to DELETE MESSAGES and press OK.

Press YES to confirm or NO to cancel.

3.Press to return to standby or BACK to go one step back in the menu.

Record a memo

You can record a message for other users. It is played back just like a normal message.

1.On your handset, press MENU, scroll DOWN to ANSWER MACHINE and press OK.

2.Scroll DOWN to RECORD MEMO and press OK. Speak after

the tone. To end recording, press SAVE. To cancel recording press .

Memo’s can be any length up to the available recording capacity (max. 15 minutes). Memos are stored in the same way as incoming messages and the message counter on the base will increase by 1.
