Handset

Up From standby, press to display the Redial list.

Use to scroll up through a menu or list.

During a call, press to adjust the earpiece volume, (press to confirm), page 17.

Clear Press to go back to previous display. Press and hold to return to standby.

Used to delete digits and to switch Secrecy on and off, page 18.

Handsfree Press to activate handsfree (loudspeaker) mode (button lights up red), page 17.

1 Press and hold to dial out 1571. page 33.

Press and hold to switch the ringer on/off, page 21.

Recall Used when connected to a switchboard/PBX page 59, and with some BT Calling Features, page 42.

Display

With orange backlight.

Down

From standby, press to display the Calls list, page 37.

Use to scroll down through a menu or list.

During a call, press to adjust the earpiece volume, (press to confirm), page 17.

Menu

Used to access the main menu, select sub-menus and confirm changes.

Talk

Press to make, receive and end phone calls, page 16.

Directory

Press to access the directory, page 25.

Alphanumeric keypad

#/Keypad Lock

Press and hold to lock/unlock the keypad, page 21.

Press and hold to insert a pause in a number. page 27.

Services

Press to access the BT Calling features services list, page 40.
