22 Using the phone

You cannot answer the ringing handset as you would a call.

Stopping the ring at a handset stops the ring at that handset only.

Find the handset(s)

You can alert handset users that they are wanted or locate a missing handset.

Making internal calls

If you purchased a BT Freestyle 3500 multi-pack, you can make internal calls between handsets.

1.Press then or until the display shows Internal.

2.Press and enter the number of the handset you want to call. The other handset will ring and display your

handset number to let the handset user know who is calling. When the other handset answers hold your conversation as normal.

3.Press to end the call.
