Getting started

Telephone base installation

Install the telephone as shown below. Choose a location where the telephone is

not exposed to excessive heat, cold, dust or moisture.

1.Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the telephone jack at the back of the telephone.

2. Plug the small end of the

 

power adapter into the power

jack at the back of the tele-

phone.

3.Route cords through slots.

4.Plug the other end of the tele- phone line cord into a telephone jack.

5.Plug the large end of the power adapter into an electri- cal outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
