Manual Exclusion

To cancel a Leave Word Calling message:

1.Go off-hook.

■You hear a dial tone.

2.Do one of the following:

a.Press Menu , and then press CnLWC.

b.Dial the Leave Word Calling - Cancel a Message feature access code _____.

■You hear a dial tone.

3.Dial the extension for which you left a message.

■You hear a confirmation tone.

■Your Leave Word Calling Message is canceled.

4.Go on-hook.

The Manual Exclusion feature prevents other voice terminal users from bridging on to your call. This feature operates for one call and is then cancelled.

To use this feature, do the following:

1.While active on a call, do one of the following:

a.Press Menu , and then press Excl.

b.Press Excl .

2.To cancel Manual Exclusion, do one of the following:

a.Press Menu , and then press Excl.

b.Press Excl .

c.Go on-hook.
