Depending on your country, the WELCOME screen may not appear. In this case, you are not required to select your country/operator/language settings. You can still make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls without first defining your country selection.

1Press o to display a list of countries.

2Scroll n up and down to find your

country.

3Press o to confirm your selection.

(WAITING will be displayed while the default line settings and menu

language for the selected country are automatically configured.)

4The product now goes to the DATE/TIME selection menu. Enter the current date (DD/MM) and

press o to confirm.

5Enter the time (HH-MM) and press o to confirm.

(The time format, 12 hour or 24 hour, depends on the country

selected. If the 12-hour format has been selected, use n to scroll

between AM and PM.)

A validation tone is emitted. Your phone goes directly to idle mode and is now ready for use. In case of you have several handsets, the setting is automatically done for all handsets.

3.4Using multipacks

If you have purchased a multipack you will have additional handsets, chargers, power adaptors and AAA rechargeable batteries.

1Plug the chargers into a power

socket.

2Install the batteries supplied into the handsets.

3Place the handsets on the chargers to charge the batteries.
