L Disconnect the AC adaptor and telephone line

Registering a handset to the base unit

1Handset:

4Base unit:

Press and hold {x} for about 5 seconds. (No registration tone)

L If all registered handsets start ringing, press the same button to stop. Then repeat this step. (KX-TG2512/KX-TG2513/KX-TG2522/KX-TG2523/ KX-TG2524)

L The next step must be completed within 90 seconds.

5Handset:

Wait until Enter Base PINis displayed. iEnter the base unit PIN (default: 0000). i{j/OK}

L If you forget your PIN, see page 37.

L When the handset has been registered successfully, w stops flashing.

L If the registration fails, try to deregister the handset and then re-register it again. Press {j/OK} i{V}/{^}: Base Unit Setupi{j/OK} i{3}{3}{5} i{j/OK} iSelect the handset(s) you want to cancel, by pressing the desired handset number. i{j/OK} i{V}/{^}: Yesi{j/OK} i Repeat from step 1.
