When you ship the product
LCarefully pack your unit, preferably in the original carton.
LAttach a letter, detailing the symptom, to the outside of the carton.
LSend the unit to Panasonic Services Company Customer Servicenter, prepaid and adequately insured.
LDo not send your unit to Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company listed on the back cover or to executive or regional sales offices. These locations do not repair consumer products.
