Error messages
If the unit detects a problem, one of the following messages will be displayed on the handset.

Busy | LThe called handset or base unit is in use.*1 |
| LThe handset you tried to copy phonebook items to is in |

| LThe handset you are calling is too far from the base |
| unit.*1 |
Error!! | LWhen you tried to register the handset, the handset and |
| the base unit could not link for some reason, such as |
| interference from electrical appliances. Move the |
| handset and the base unit away from the electrical |
| appliances and try again. |
| LAnother handset tried to send phonebook items to you |
| but there was an error. Have the other handset user re- |
| send the items to you (page 24).*1 |
LWhen the phonebook item(s) was(were) sent to another | |
Phonebook full | handset, the handset’s phonebook memory was full |
| and copying stopped. Press {OFF} to exit. Erase items |
| from the other handset’s phonebook (page 23). When |
| phonebook memory is available, you can copy all |
| phonebook items (page 25) or individual items one by |
| one (page 24, 25).*1 |
No link to base. | LThe handset has lost communication with the base unit. |
Move closer to | Move closer to the base unit, and try again. |
