You can not store

a Caller ID message if no phone number appears in the message.

• If there is an incoming

call or page, memory

storage is canceled and

the telephone is set to

receive the incoming

call or page.

Long Distance calls and Area Code setting/cancellation

Pressing 1 while the incoming call information is displayed (in step 1) will set or cancel a long distance call. Pressing 3 will set or cancel an area code setting.

Storing Caller ID messages in Memory dialing

Messages shown in the Caller ID list can be stored in memory dialing. Using the incoming call information (i.e., Caller ID list), the phone number of the party on the Caller ID list can be stored in memory dialing.

• Once a message from

the Caller ID list is

stored in a memory

location, the Caller ID

data can be edited.

1 Press caller id . Select the phone number to be stored from the Caller ID list by pressing or ª .

to select the memory location to be stored.

confirmation screen is displayed. Press or ª to

 

select “Yes” or “No”. Press int’cm/select to overwrite.

The display returns to the Caller ID list.
