Deleting all Caller ID names/numbers

1 Press caller id .

2 Press delete/channel .

3 Press • or ª to select “Yes” or “No”.

4 Press int’cm/select or delete/channel .

When the pointer is at “Yes”:

A tone sounds and all stored Caller ID messages are deleted.

When the pointer is at “No”:

The display returns to the summary screen.

“Delete All?” screen, if no key is pressed for more than 20 seconds, an error tone sounds and the telephone returns

to standby.

Using the Caller ID List

Calling a party from the Caller ID list

You can place a call from the Caller ID list. The EXI3965 stores up to 70 messages.

• You cannot make a call

from the Caller ID list if

your EXI3965 is

connected to private

CALLER

1 Press caller id . Display the message to be dialed from the caller ID list by pressing • or ª .

2 Press talk . The displayed phone number dials automatically.
