Programming Your Phone

Storing a Caller ID number in Dial Memory

You can store up to 20 numbers in Dial memory.

You can transfer up to 20 Caller ID numbers to Dial memory to be used later with memory dialing. See Calling a Number Stored in Memory on page 36 for details on how to use the memory dial feature.

1.Remove the Handset from the Base Unit.

2.Press caller id.

3.Press ▲ or ▼ until the call you want to store is displayed.

4.Press mem.

5.Enter the memory location, for example, 05. You hear a confirmation beep and the LCD displays:

TOTAL CALLS 10

6.Press caller id to clear the display, or wait two minutes and the display will clear automatically.

Storing Other Phone Numbers in Dial Memory

You can store up to 20 phone numbers in Dial memory.

You can manually enter any number into dial memory so that it can be dialed later.

1.Remove the Handset from the Base Unit.

2.Press function.

3.Press 1.
