Selecting a Different Channel

If you encounter interference while using your phone, you can manually change the phone´s channel for clear operation. This function works only when the phone is in use. Press delete/channel. Scanning appears on the display, indicating the phone is changing to another channel. For more information on interference, refer to "Precautions" on page 62.

Find Handset

To locate the handset (while it's off the base), press find hs on the base. The handset beeps for 60 seconds.

Paging is canceled when pressing any key on the handset or the handset is returned to the base.

If you have "Call Waiting" service and a call waiting tone sounds while you are on a call, press talk/flash to accept the waiting call. There is a short pause, then you will hear the new caller. To return to the original caller, press talk/flash again.

You must subscribe through your local telephone company to receive Call Waiting service.

You can cancel paging by pressing find hs on the base.
