2 cucharadas (30 ml) de azúcar

1 cucharadita (5 ml) de goma guar 3/4 cucharadita (3.7 ml) de lecitina

granulada (soya común)

1 cucharada (15 ml) de harina de papa

3 tazas (710 ml) de harina para hornear común libre de gluten

2 cucharaditas (10 ml) de levadura seca activa

1.5 lb (680 g) Hogaza

2 tazas (473 ml) de agua caliente (150°F/66°C)

3 huevos grandes batidos ligeramente

1 cucharadita (5 ml) de vinagre de sidra

1/4 taza (59 ml) de aceite de canola 2 tazas (473 ml) de harina de arroz

1/2 taza (118 ml) de almidón de papa

1/2 taza (118 ml) de harina de garbanzos

1 1/2 cucharaditas (7.4 ml) de sal marina

4 1/2 cucharaditas (22.2 ml) de goma xántica
