EDITING A PHONE NUMBER IN MEMORY

To edit a number you have stored in the handset:

1. Remove the handset from the base.

2. Press and hold mem for ￿ two seconds.

The display shows the Memory Store screen and any saved name/numbers.

3.Use the s ￿ and￿t￿ ￿ keys or enter a

￿two￿ -digit number (01-30) to￿ select the ￿ ￿

￿memory￿ location￿ you would like to edit.

4.Press select.

If you select Go Back at any time, no changes are made and the handset shows the Memory Store screen.

The display shows the memory location you have selected.

5.Press select again to enter the Edit Memory mode.

The following screen appears:

A cursor flashes indicating that the display is ready to edit the name.

6.Edit the name with the and keys. Use the and keys to enter symbols. Use the key to move the cursor right.
