Programming the Feature Buttons

The Transfer and Conference Keys can be programmed for special use, such as causing a “Hook Flash” followed by a special number or function.

For example — to program the xfer key for “Hook Flash” and 9 for outside transfers only:

Press mem.

Press flash.

Press 9.

Press mem.

Press xfer.

Note: The ANA 9710, conference and transfer keys are operated by the Hook Flash function. Please, program your system transfer or conference code with the assistance of the PBX System Administrator.
