The Detachable Control Panel (DCP)

The DCP can easily be damaged by shocks. After removing it, be careful not to drop it or subject it to strong shocks - store it immediately in the included storage case. Be careful not to damage it by pressing on it with hard objects.

If the DCP becomes dirty, wipe off the dirt with a soft, dry cloth only.

Other precautions when handling the DCP:

Do not drop the DCP.

Do not put pressure on the display or control buttons when detaching or re-installing the DCP.

Do not expose the DCP to high temperatures or leave in direct sunlight.

Do not touch the contacts on the DCP or on the main unit body. It may result in poor electrical contact. If any dirt or foreign substances adhered on the contacts, they can be removed with a clean and dry cloth.

Detaching the DCP

To detach the DCP:

1 Press the [OPEN] button. The DCP will deploy outward.

2Remove the DCP by pressing the [RELEASE] button on the rear of the DCP, and pulling the DCP up and away from its hinged mounting tray.
